We offer a number of premium services to add more value to our visa processing and make the whole process of dealing with us even more rewarding for you. For your comfort you can choose any options below. Please note that even if you decide not to use any premium services, we still guarantee you will receive first-class service from our company and get your visa stress free, quick and at the lowest possible fee:
Passport return delivery. We can offer various options how we return your passport and other valuable documents to you.
Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery – is the best value service for posting passports with guaranteed next day delivery, online tracking and signature on delivery. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge.
Courier service in London. For a flat fee we can offer courier delivery to your private or office address in London within M25. Please contact us for delivery to other areas.
Prepaid envelope. Alternatively you can submit a self – addressed prepaid envelope and we will post your passport back to you free of charge.
Application completion. Although most visa applications are straightforward, we still think that many would appreciate our help in completing the forms. You can ask us to complete the visa form for a number of reasons: time constraints, not familiar with online application completion, want to be 100% sure you do it right from the beginning, etc. Please note, even if you ask us to complete the forms on your behalf, you will still need to provide some details to us as most of the forms ask for your personal information (places of work, employment status, etc.) which we obviously do not know. So we will ask you to fill in a short questionnaire in a Word format and email it back to us so we can enter all the data in the visa form. Once the form is completed, a ready document is emailed back to you. You then check, sign and post it back to us together with your passport and other relevant documents.
Digital photo. If you do not have time to go to a local photo booth, you can always take a picture of you at home or in the office either with your mobile device or a digital camera and email it to us. We will print your photo at our office and enclose it with your visa application. Please note your photo must be recent. Read our guidance - how to make your visa photo at home.
Medical insurance. Depending on your visa type and nationality, medical insurance may be mandatory. You can arrange it together with your visa support.
Local SIM and debit cards. We are pleased to introduce a new service for our travellers to Russia — assistance with obtaining a local SIM card and opening a Russian bank account.
