Russian visas and invitations given Ukraine conflict

We are operating as usual and can provide all paperwork required for your visa. Russian consulates continue issuing all types of visas.

Note: Biometric data is required for all Russian visa applications made in the UK. All visa applicants (except for children under 12 years) must provide biometrics at our partner office in London or go in person to the Russian visa application centre.

Visa Transfer in a New Passport

If you have renewed your passport and have a Russian visa in the old passport, you can transfer your Russian visa in the new passport. 

Visa transfer costs £28 and can be done on the same day.
 

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

  1. Complete the new application form online at https://visa.kdmid.ru, print it and attach one passport size recent photo.
  2. Bring both passports (old passport with the visa and the new passport) to the Russian Consulate: Visa Section, Russian Embassy in London, 5 Kensington Palace Gardens, London W8 4QS, Monday to Friday except declared holidays from 9:00-17:00 (12:00-14:00 closed for lunch break).
